GFX Video Writer install questions......

Greetings,

I did contact support and followed the install guide. But I continue to get

"Invalid media type not specified messages"

Once I click on the message box I get a follow up message that says.....

"The file name is already in use, close file and try again"


I followed the install guide and even got instructions from support. To no avail, GFX is not working.

Any thoughts, from those that own this software?

      Yes, that's what Diego told me to do.

      I followed the link in the install guide. Downloaded the file. That's all I did. Maybe I missed something but I've tried it several times.

        I'm getting the "The file name is already in use, close file and try again" message when I try to "Produce" the video. It worked fine the first time but haven't been able to get past that step again no matter what I name the video file.
