Unable to send PM's without 50 posts...

I am sure there's a reason for this, but just want to provide my feedback. It's very inconvenient to require a certain number of posts just to be able to send a pm. I've actually spent a fair number of hours browsing and reading information on the forum; very informative and a lot of useful information. However, I have not had reason to post any more than I have. From my perspective, this policy simply encourages meaningless, useless posts, for the sole purpose of meeting the threshold required to be able to send a private message.

Pay the $37.00 to join the War Room and that will solve the issue.

If it isn't worth $37 to you, then it was never an issue to begin with.

I see it's been exactly seven days since the last post in the most recent "complain about the 50 posts rule" thread. Does this mean these threads aren't allowed to go away for more than a week? Argh!

Unfortunately, spammers and con men have made this necessary.

Don't know what else to tell you other than to try to accept it and adapt to
      it or not.

      I guess it's your choice.

      Happy New Year.

It doesn't encourage useless posts at all! You post them, a moderator deletes them, you get upset, and hopefully stop. If you don't stop, a moderator may get angry, ban you, and the process starts all over again.

Killer Joe said it all. I didn't know joining the War Room solved that. Joined and seconds later in and PMing. Wonderful. Thanks.
