Yummy Breakfast Smoothie That'll....
I'm not the morning type of person at all, I'll tell you that up front. That being said I'm also the type of person that doesn't eat breakfast - but trying to change that for the better here in 2010.
The smoothie is very easy to make and just takes about 3 minutes to do. The smoothie that I made is very healthy and doesn't contain any dairy at all - we're currently fasting and we can't have dairy at the moment.
1/2 cup soy milk (tastes just like regular milk and you can't even notice it in the smoothie)
1 Banana
1/3 cup of red berries
3 ice cubes
Just put all the ingredients inside of your blender and blend it for about 1 minute. This will make about 10-12 oz I believe and it's very very good. I had mine about 45 minutes ago and I'm wide awake and getting ready to take action on my business!
Tomorrow I plan on making one with just strawberries - if you have a good smoothie recipe share it with the rest of WF!
