Photographing an hip granny's tats

I've got a project to do a site for an elderly punk granny. Need to promote her art. Her back is one amazing full color work of art. Any ideas for photography the back and still getting the face?

She's not an ostrich.

Maybe one of those Exorcist poses? With the head turned around backwards?

Any self-respecting artist or punk ought to be able to appreciate that.

How about one of those three faced mirrors you used to see in clothing stores?

Exactly - or just stand her facing a mirror and find an angle where you can photograph the back and still catch the mirror reflection of the face.

        Or take two photos.

Dear April: I don't want any trouble from you.
January was long, February was iffy, March was a freaking dumpster fire.
So sit down, be quiet, and don't touch anything.

Or super-impose one view on the other.

Geez this sounds like fun using any of these ideas.

Find a young model in her 20's, about the same size, hair color/style, and dress them the same and a big full length mirror. Shoot the shot so that it looks like the young model is checking out her tat in the mirror, and have the reflection be the grandma.
