Thinking of taking on a partner

I've been in Internet marketing for 2 years now. I sucked in my first year, then I was cranking! The problem I'm having now is staying motivated. My friends and family still thinks I'm crazy for getting into this biz. Then they look at me like I'm a drug dealer or something, cause I'm making money. Now, it's not about the money. I love this biz, and want to go allot further with it. I"m looking for someone like me. I have 5 outsource workers in the Phillipines, and an MBA here in Boston working for me. It's all set up, but I need more motivation! Looking for a JV or a 50/50 partner in promoting affiliate products.

I'm in no position to offer to be your partner, but just wanted to chime in, that this is a great idea.

I have a partner in my real world business, and it makes a HUGE difference. Having someone else to be accountable to besides yourself is a big motivator. Plus, if you're not feeling up to it one, there's a chance your partner is, and vice versa. We get way more done this way.

PS. Just make sure you have a solid legal agreement (partnership, corporation, whatever). If things go south, you'll want protection for both sides.

When life gives you lemons, at least you don't get scurvy.

It sounds like your in the groove. I could handle a partner like you. Get with me and tell me your setup. Maybe I can help.

Yep, I have two partners and without them I would have given up on countless ventures.

Being accountable, and having a vested interest with someone else keeps you on your toes.

You wont just disappoint yourself-but your partners as well, if you dont follow through.

Your right. I think your philosophy speaks for itself. Most people succeed because of the ties around them.

Just wondering if the lack of motivation is from boredom? Would you be more motivated if you expanded what you are doing by going into more areas?

Growing the business or expanding the product line. What about building a continuity program?

Just some questions I would ask you to learn where you are at and where you want to go.
