Just been thinking about how there are so many gems buried deep in some major artists' catalogue that hardly ever see the light of day. Time to unearth a few.

The Rolling Stones album "Goat's Head Soup" was released in 1973 and for many Stones fans it suffered in comparison to their previous epic "Exile On Main Street". But, for me, it contained my two favorite Stones tracks ever. "Angie" is the better known song, but my all-time fave is "Winter"



Blondie's "Parallel Lines" from 1978 was a massive success and is chock-full of hits. This is a seldom played track from that LP but it's a cracker. Oh, and that's Robert Fripp you can hear on guitar



From the "Hunky Dory" album, this is one of Bowie's less-celebrated songs - but it's a gorgeous tune and one that he still seems to enjoy playing live today:
