Sounds like it came straight from a spinner.

Substitute "damn" every time you're inclined to write "very"; your editor will delete it and the writing will be just as it should be. ~Mark Twain

    Try this:

In further manifestations of crimes, we should question the reasons for their occurrences.

English isn't my first language but I can say it doesn't sound right. I think "acquires" should be "acquired."

The word in either form is incorrect. It's a faulty synonym created by a mechanical piece of software - crimes are not acquired - they are manifested.

Sal, you lost me on that one...crimes are commited.

Manifested means the past tense of "to make evident or certain by showing or displaying".

Yeah KJ, I didn't explain that well at all. Crimes are committed - they Manifest consequences - which is what his original sentences was trying to say - "acquire" is a proper synonym for manifest in some cases of contextual usage: however, in that context both the connotation and denotation of the word "acquire" is off just enough from the base focal conjoining semantic import of the word "manifest" to make the word "acquire" nonsensical within the context in which it was used.

When considering synonyms one must consider connotative as well as denotative meaning.

Sounds like a poor spinning of a sentence that did mean something at one time.

I THINK they MIGHT be trying to say that the next time a crime OCCURS that they should make sure the EVIDENCE is incontrovertible.

That's a possibility, too. Nonsense kind of makes a statement open to all sorts of interpretations.
