Favorite Winter Olympic Event

As a snowboarder, I like watching halfpipe and boarder cross.

Whats your favorite?

    I like most of the individual sports - not so much the team events. Noticed this year I wasn't all that interested in a lot of the skating - but liked the ski stuff, slalom and snowboarding.

    Just today heard the best definition of watching "curling" I've heard yet. The fellow said it was like watching a cross between horseshoes and housework.

    I can't get into that one at all. There's something about two people sweeping the ice madly that just loses me.

      I was going to say "off-track betting on luge", but that's probably in bad taste so I won't.

      Synchronized slipping seems to be a fan favorite. At least in the parking lots.

        Well I play horseshoes in the summer, and used to enjoy watching my wife do housework, so I watched a lot of curling:rolleyes:
        Other then that I caught some of the snowboarding both men and woman's and some of the woman's downhill and really enjoyed them both.
        My favorites though are the luge and bobsled.
        One of these days I'll have to drive up to Lake Placid and give them a try.
