Ear Worm O'The Day
Every morning when I get into the shower, a song pops into my head. Sometimes it's a different song every two or three days, but mostly one will stay in my head for weeks on end.
Most recently, it was "Guitars & Cadillacs" by Dwight Yoacum, but today my brain reverted back to it's old standby...{le sigh}...
"A long, long time ago I can still remember how that music used to make me smile. And I knew if I had my chance, I could make those people dance and maybe they'd be happy for awhile."
You guessed it..."American Pie" by Don McLean. This song and my brain are some deranged kind of match made in heaven because they appear to be stuck together with industrial-strength, construction grade super glue.
