Can I list a niche for sale in Special Offers Forum

OFF TOPIC

I can see that the Warrior Special Offers Section gets thousands of visitors and much more than the Products and Servers section. So my question is am I allowed to post a thread for my website in WSO section instead of the Completed Websites section.

PS: I'm going to sell niche blogs $37 each so it's still in a way a special offer just for warriors.

  I think (and I could be wrong) if you are selling x number of a specific type of blog you created it could go in the WSO section.
  If it is one blog that is running that you want to sell then it would go into the websites for sale section.

If you are providing niche blog creation service, then it can be listed in WSO.
