How to Avoid online Fraud?

Hi,

I am new to online purchasing, even new to paypal. Now i want to buy online, some parties own websites, some are individuals.

My question is, how one can avoid fraud online, like if i pay to some one through paypala and he don't send me my items then what?

What can i do in that case, just forget the amount i sent and be prepare for second fraud?

    You can use the dispute option for paypal payments. They will refund if you have made payment as "for goods" and the seller is not able to provide shipping info that is valid. Hope it helps .

        Ebay and paypal take fraud complaints very seriously. When you have an ebay account, believe me when your ranking is good, you don't want ANYTHING to mess it up
