    Another childhood influence gone.

    I remember when Stephen Hill left Mission Impossible. I was wondering if
    he could be replaced, though I never really got into him personally.

    And them came Jim Phelps and Mission Impossible became the show that
    it became.

    FYI - Hill left because he was very religious and would not work on the
    sabbath. The scheduling nightmares and his refusal to give in to the
    producers' demands pretty much sealed the deal.

    Fate is a funny thing.

    Mr Phelps has accepted his last mission.

    A fitting burial would have ended with 'This casket will self destruct..in 5 seconds' followed by huge amounts of smoke.
