Google and Yahoo Malware

Hey,

I am doing work for a client and recently got them ranked number one on Yahoo on various keywords. Also, they are climbing up in the ranks on Google too.

Anyways, there site was hacked and had some malware on it. Now it has been removed. I have submitted something to Google so they could take the warning off of it. Also, it shows up on Yahoo too. Do I need to do something further. How long does it take? I sent them an message 4 hours ago.
