It's not showing up on my end...but then again, I am in Canada. Maybe hasn't hit our time zone yet. Also, not all of youtube has been changed to text, just when you click on the youtube logo it will take you to videos which are already formatted that way.

I think this has something to do with some midwest town (could have been kansas or nebraska) changing their name to Google last month.
