Offline Marketing Question

I get all these cold callers to my door, some from telephone companies, some from charities etc.

My girlfriend also works for a company that does door to door and they get donators for the red cross ... but the company is not red cross. It's called E**Worldwide.

This has got me thinking. How do these companies become affiliated with energy, telecom, charities companies in the first place?

Are there networks online that offer these sort of offline campaigns? If I could find out how to do it, I would be interested in starting something myself.

Explains a little, but my girlfriend already works for a company that do the same. What I am looking for is how to become an affiliate for these companies.

My girlfriend will only get paid if she makes a sale, and it works on a commission basis, so there is some profit in it. The company she works for is nothing special, they seem like the sort of company that have lots of street workers working on different campaigns.

If only I knew how to get in there I could do the same.

The various companies probably have affiliate programs in place and you probably need to contact them directly.
