40 inch LCD HDTV

I am new to this forum, registered a little while ago and can't wait to get started. Well, I was considering buying a 40 inch LCD HDTV, but can't decide between Proscan 40LD45Q and Toshiba 40RV525R. Both have almost similar features, same price and available at Dealrocker.com with good discount. I am in no hurry to make a decision, please take your time and suggest the best one.
