Ban people from paypal?

Is there a way to ban buyers from Paypal? I don't want 2 people buying from me because they dispute within 2 minutes after purchase. They've done this 6 times this month and it is the same 2 people and each time I win the case. But I am tired of dealing with the issue. Is there a way to ban these 2 buyers?

I have DL Guard for my products and DLG has a way you can ban people. I haven't used it yet, I'm just getting my feet wet with DLG. Perhaps you could check DLG out for this need.

Your buy button>DLG>PP is the sequence for the purchase. If you use DLG to ban them, it's my understanding they can't get to your PP page, hence no purchase=no refund.

    Great software, btw

    Hi Bill,

I use a shopping cart so they add a variety of digital products and then checkout. Can this be done DlGuard without having to mess with my shopping cart code too much?

    Thank you,
    Oscar

      Hi Oscar,

I use a shopping cart with PP as the merchant service with everything running through DLG.

In my case, yours too maybe, DLG interfaces with PP and creates all the intermidiate steps between your customer and PP. Including replacing all the PP 'buy now', or 'add to cart' buttons with DLG links that you copy/paste the code into your source. (I created my own buttons to match the feel I wanted for my site.)

It's a pretty cool piece of software that makes things pretty darn easy. If you are already using PP then incorporating DLG is simple.

I think once you set it up initially its very easy to work with. I have already messed with price changes to the products, adding deleting products, and it was a piece of cake.

I bought it because of all the good things I had read about it and am very happy to have it protecting my stuff.
