I'm a bit confused any advice would be greatly appreciated. I bought a product off of WF site. I just need to ask a question about a stumbling block I encounter. The persons site support ticket site never responds back. I've tried to PM the person via WF but it says I need to make at least 50 posts before I can.

This seems wrong to me after all I just spend money on the site. Am I missing something here. Why can't I PM someone without putting up a bunch of phony posts just so I can? Surely it's me and I'm misunderstanding this. Please advise anyone!!! Thankyou

Buying a product off this site where you went to one of the forums that sells advertising space to the members is unrelated to posting PMs. Also note the ability to sell products or services here via buying an ad space in those forums is not an endorsement of the product by the forum, only an avenue to sell the products or services.

You can, if you choose, pay the $37 to join the War Room and get full access to things such as the 400 PM limit. The WR is a huge bargin and could save you literally thousands of dollars on your IM education.

If the vendor is unresponsive, and you correctly pointed out posting a bunch of phoney posts is problematic, you now have an instant fix for your dilema.

I have recently been told by a new WF member that even when you join the War Room, you still can't send PMs until you have 50 posts.

IF you can't get an answer from the person you purchased the product from, you can report to the Help Desk here that you had a problem, too. While the WF is not responsible for the marketers here, they do want to know when there are scammers here and when it becomes clear and verifiable that someone is here that is ripping people off, they do get rid of them.

Do give the person a reasonable time to get back to you, however. Sometimes people get swamped or are offline for a few days so don't jump the gun on them. You can post here who you are trying to reach if you can't get through to them in a reasonable amount of time and have someone send a pm for you, not standard operating procedure, but I will offer to send them a note that you are trying to reach them. It's always possible they have a glitch on their site contact, too. Give them the benefit of the doubt first. A lot can go on behind the scenes that can make someone look bad even when they are really doing all the right things.

As Bill said, though - getting into the War Room isn't a bad idea at all. There's a lot of info in there that you aren't going to find elsewhere.

All products sold here are from advertisers.

They have simply paid the WF to post their ad.

The owners and staff of the WF do not have any involvement with these products and services or their providers.

You need to discuss this with the person who sold you the product.

If you are being mistreated or cheated by the advertiser, open a help desk ticket and report it. The WF cannot assist you in any other way.
