I was wondering if there are going to be people interested in the website(free or paid) that lists expired and deleted domains that still retain PageRank.
List is going to be updated daily.
I did a quick search online and there are similar sites but they all require membership fees.
Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks

I think that a free membership site sounds like a great idea.

There would be great value in this type of site. I can't tell you how many times I have done domain research for those types of domains only to find that the sites offering the information are paid sites. If you create it your going to beep my new hero!

        Very cool, thanks.

Question, do you know if the page rank drop when they expire? I checked a few of those expired domains with SEO Chat's PR lookup and their page rank is history.

It depends. Some people swear that some domains retain pagerank after expiration.

You probably already thought of this but I mention it in case someone reading might not have .... you want to be sure to take careful note of the sites linking to it in order to make sure the back links will stick after you take over the site.

For example if it just has 1 high PR link then it might be too risky or if it looks like the places it gets links from update theirs all the time, then the links could be dropped when they realize the new site is not the one they linked to.

From experience I can assure that this is not true with all expiring domains like the ones the OP is talking about. I think once the domain is dropped completely this "may" be the case but I've bought plenty of expiring ones that have kept their PR through several updates.

I don't claim to be an expert on domains but site may change ownership and change template or content, but the backlinks to specific domain usually remain, so it would be easier for the future owner to regain pagerank.

I simply plan to provide list of domains that still retain their PageRank if there is enough demand for the service like this.
There are some sites that charge for the same service monthly( just google it) so there must be some kind of value in this service

I am a programmer and not seo/domain expert.
I do not plan to offer any consulting, guarantees or offer any advice on expired domains.
