What single part of SEO/IM would you outsource?

I'm at the point now, where I'm ready to outsource 1 task.

I'm not sure what would be the most beneficial thing to invest in with outsourcing.

I'm probably not interested in outsourcing my link building, since I'm not a big fan of that push button backlinks stuff.

I'm thinking maybe I should outsource content creation. Have content written for me which I can in turn use for content for my sites.

Is this something any other warriors outsource regularly? Writing content is certainly what I hate the most about IM, but is it the best investment for my first outsourcing plan?

Small niche sites is my gig at the moment.

It really depends on your own skills, likes, software you own, etc. But for me, it would be content creation. For SEO, you can never have too much good content.

I never had any success outsourcing content. Maybe I am too picky but I tried several different times and finally gave up. The content was sometimes poorly written and I had to spend a lot of time reworking it. Other times it was written well but it was just not in my style or did not fit the overall feel of my website.

Hey Friend. I know you mentioned that you don't really want to outsource backlinks, which is understandable. However, I've got a great resource in the Philippines I found on Odesk that charges me $2.50 an hour to create backlinks. He's doing 100 each week for 10 hours of work, week after week, high pr sites with corresponding accounts and passwords, etc. It's been a great experience, and I've gone from nowhere to be found in Google to page 1 and 2 for the keywords he's targeting in about 6 weeks. I'm very happy with the results, and it's nice not to have to think about it.

I've read from other warriors that content creation is king, but I think it depends on what kind of site you're running. My biggest site is all user generated anyway, so I don't really see a reason for that.
