    Moral Attributes in marriage.

    A Woman wants an honest man but encourages him to lie, though stating she wants the truth!
    A Man wants an honest woman, but knows that he may have to lie to keep her.(Honey...? Does this dress make me look fat? etc...)

    Attitude attributes in Marriage.

    A decent man wants a confident woman so he won't find her to be a gold digger, and they can have a nice marriage.
    Many Women look at marriage as a path to divorce and alimony.

    Marriage Goals

    A man wants a nice marriage as a way to signify he has a wife, and to treat her, and all their friends/relatives, to a nice time for the day, etc...
    Many women want to be treated as a QUEEN for that day, complete with gown and actions!

    Portrayal of Marriage

    In fairytales, the man is often left with the short end of the stick, unless he is a prince that marries the woman. The woman often marries the prince.

    Communication between the sexes

    Men often ask questions to get an answer.
    Women often state something they expect men to respond to by reading their minds...(Jane and harry are going to hawaii next week! I get off at five! Etc...)

        Maybe I should have said reference, and mentioned it was for HUD. Basically, she wanted me to say that she lived with me as a tenant, always paid the rent, and I would be glad to have her continue to stay. The FACT is that she was TRESPASSING, NO rent was even discussed as it would open up a can of worms, etc... and I moved thousands of miles away to a climate she would HATE to make sure this never happened!

        The HUD section 8 is a plan, in the US, where low income people can get 80% knocked off their rent.
