    I have never tried to lift weights in my life but I was in shape until the age of about 30 because I was always playing some type of sport.

    I was wondering if it was gonna be like some video I saw of a weight
    lifter who was trying to lift some ridiculous amount and his leg broke
    while he was lifting. That was nasty.

    But I have a hard time grasping the force on the body while lifting
    1000 pounds. Not surprising he hurled. lol
