    Very interesting.

Wish I knew more about whether this could work or not.

You would need to anchor the pullies. You would need to thread the cable, the cable would have to be able to withstand all the pressure, the bouys would have to be HUGE to supply the bouyancy to counter the pressure, AND, and this is *********IMPORTANT********* the plug would have to be aligned on the pipe!

In short, this solves problems, in an impractical way, that really don't exist, and doesn't solve the one problem that DOES exist! Frankly, HEY SALS solution is FAR better, but you STILL need to figure out how to align it. But HEY, Hey sals RELIEVES the pressure, so it IS easier to align.\

Wow. That makes me feel awesome Kewl, Steve. Just made sense to someone who's had to jerri rig hoses in a car if she didn't want to walk 30 miles to get to where there was a new hose to buy. Water hoses leak and have some pressure too - and they most certainly are bitch to patch if you spring a leak. In fact, I'm going gold prospecting tomorrow and don't have any spare so I think I should maybe get down and buy a couple of chunks of different sizes just in case.

Actually, you'd think these dudes would at least have some industrial strength duct tape around, wouldn't cha?:rolleyes:

I knew I could count of you to find everything wrong. But thanks for trying to steal the kids' credit, as they even told you you needed to anchor the pullies in the bottom of the ocean and they even explained to you how to create equal pressure so it does align. DID YOU PAY ONE BIT OF ATTENTION? Did you bother to pay attention to how the cap blew off when they didn't apply bouyancy?

And do you really take this LITERALLY and expect a 5 grader to fix what BP and the "experts" like you can't?

YOU FAIL! (and BP failed each time too, so you're not alone)
