A Video That Could Change The Election? - Say Anything

Wouldn't you think that it would be time for people to notice that 1. he has his own flag 2. his funding is coming in from foreign sources 3. he won't put his hand over his heart during the pledge of allegance ----and here we come with the BIG indication that he should not be elected --------He is an Attorney and as such it is illegal for him to hold ANY offices. So now lets see people stretch and yawn and start wondering why we have lawyers in political positions that it is against constitutional law for them to hold.

Huh? Don't tell me. You're not talking about the Ohio flag are you? LOL. That was a funny gaffe from a couple days ago. Someone thought Obama made his own flag, but it was the Ohio state flag! I didn't think you would fall for it. Hmm. Or actually...

      2. his funding is coming in from foreign sources
Well, no. The majority comes from his millions of supporters. You know, like you dream about Ron Paul having. That many.

      3. he won't put his hand over his heart during the pledge of allegance
Wrong, there are plenty of videos of him doing just this. This is urban legend stuff.

No I am talking about the stripes with the sun over them and the blue sky in the background. That is NOT the Ohio flag. If there is a video - I haven't seen it. I did see where he took the American flag off his airplane - but I don't know what he put on that. Perhaps I missed something the rest of you saw and heard more about. I'll concede this one until I find out more.

Yes I'm sure it does - unfortunately - many of his supporters seem to be overseas. There are investigations running so why don't you mossie off and tell the FBI all about it. I'm sure they will be greatly comforted.

Wrong, there are plenty of videos of him doing just this. This is urban legend stuff.
And I have seen pictures in which he wasn't and happened to be the only one in the crowd not doing so.

        [QUOTE}LOL. :-)[/QUOTE]
I'm sorry, I don't see the humor in people holding offices against the dictates of constitutional law. Those laws were instated for a reason. So what makes it okay for our politicians to violate that law? What makes us stupid enough to elect people who are starting their careers violating our constitutional laws. Laugh hard now - because you won't be getting the last one.

I didn't know it was illegal for attorneys to hold public office? I would think they would make excellent candidates. They understand how the legal system works.

    ROTFLMAO!

Are you trying to change the election? Those were some nice rim shots, but you still missed the basket. McCain is also tearing down the fabric of democracy. He disgraced the US and showed where his loyalties really lie when he was imprisoned in the Hanoi Hilton.

I guess we are just going to have to decide the next President based on issues, and put aside this hilarious labeling.

Here's a video about the Obama "flag" gaffe by a conservative talk show host. Besides this I have only seen a "logo" which as far as I know is ok for a candidate to have.

Umm, not sure why I should post this, but here you go anyways. Obama pledging allegiance with his hand over his heart.

Here is what I was saying, Tim.
Obama objects to Pledge of Allegence So he just flip flops on this issue?
        Obama rejects flag pin.

So I found that the plane/flag thing was on snopes - yes he had his own
flag painted on his plane, but apparently that is not unusual procedure. I didn't know
that one and was extremely offended, but see other candidates have done the same.
I still don't feel better about this guy. I'm sorry - I don't trust this dude as
far as I can throw him.
        snopes.com: Barack Obama's Campaign Plane

Now I suppose if you all can't deal with constitutional law stating that lawyers can't hold congress and senate seats etc - but I'll hunt it down if you can't figure out how.

As far as campaign funds -- go tell the people at the Wall Street Journal,
CNS News, and the FEC how exactly stupid or crazy they are. They are the ones who did the research on this one.

And the second video - not wearing the pin, it is simple and actually he's got a great reason not to wear it. He explained it here:

I just picked one out of the bunch because I don't have an audio card right now so can't listen to them. I don't remember which the good one was there were so many.

Yes there is a lot of BS flying around....but there is a lot that isn't BS, too. I am saying when everything I have seen and heard, disinformation and information from all factions (even from the candidates themselves) is put together, I think our country is lost if either of these two get in. You can laugh now if you want -- but will you be able to laugh a few years down the line? Some seem to think so........I am betting they also thought Bush wasn't such a bad guy.

I have to look up where it says that Lawyers can't sit in congress. I learned that in Political science, not on a website, but now I have to see what was up with that again.

Why yes, Paul. Yes I am.

Now - I didn't talk about McCain simply because he wasn't the subject. LOL.

Frankly I am for CHANGE, too, ya know - and that leaves out both McCain and Obama -
because my plan for change would be to ditch the present democracy, ditch the coming socialism/fascism, and kick the fed to the curb, then take back our REPUBLIC.

How could that be out of order? All I was doing was making a true statement, and making a valid vitriolic contribution for fairness and balance. If you want to shut me up, you're just going to have to come over here and make me, along with about 300 million others. Subject: Born In Kenya?

Philip Berg has sued Obama, claiming Obama wasn't born in the United States and is therefore ineligible to serve as president.

All Obama needs to do to make Berg go away is produce a birth certificate. It's very simple. It's easy to do.

Obama has not presented a birth certificate to the Court.

          Why not?

          Philip J. Berg

Pennsylvania Democrat Philip J. Berg, who filed a lawsuit demanding Sen. Barack Obama present proof of his American citizenship, now says that by failing to respond Obama has legally "admitted" to the lawsuit's accusations, including the charge that the Democratic candidate was born in Mombosa, Kenya.

No, he didn't. Even if Philip Berg is, as you say, a "wacko idiot?", it doesn't change the facts of the case. If Obama has a valid U.S. birth certificate, it should have been presented to the court. Not to do so was just plain stupid, as it gave Berg more ammunition and enabled him to get even more attention. On the other hand, if Obama doesn't have a valid U.S. birth certificate, then his legal strategy makes perfect sense.

I don't really understand the logic of it myself, Dot. I am sure the people that wrote the laws did, however. I might have even learned it at one time and just forgotten the reasons. For some reason that law has been neglected for some time now -we have lawyers in office. We also weren't set up to have career politicians either, though, so maybe the original thought was that it would give law professionals unfair advantages over the other members of congress? If anyone has the answer I'd sure like to hear it. If someone else doesn't come up with the answer I'll probably end up searching it out and I don't feel like it, LOL. It drove me nuts looking for that stupid flag that Bama put on his plane, hahahaha. But I did find the stink about the "communist" flag in his office that everyone here thought I was referring to. My political philosophy proffesor had a picture of Fredrick Nietzsche on his wall. Now that's scary. LOL.

hmmm. I hadn't read this lately.

But according to what it states, no one qualifes.
The constitution was adopted in 1787 and you had
to be a citizen AT the time of the adoption of this constitution.

Appears to me anyone running now is automatically disqualified.

Don't slam me....but isn't that what it says?

to be a citizen AT the time of the adoption of this constitution.

Appears to me anyone running now is automatically disqualified.

Don't slam me....but isn't that what it says?

No, what it's saying is you have to be a natural born citizen, except for those back then who were citizens. So it's basically saying from this point further you have to be a natural born citizen. The ones who were citizens at the time were "grandfathered" into being eligible, so to speak.

It's not about what they care about. If they care about me. It's what their positions are. Pretty simple really. Most don't vote thinking the candidate really cares about them. Come on. Get real guys. :-)

This is not the first time I've seen this video.
The ignorance of these people is amazing.
I see the segments on the tonight show called Jaywalking where he supposedly asks people off the street simple questions and he gets outrageous answers. For a long time I thought it was a skit, made up.
These people reinforce how stupid some Americans really are.

I believe during all three debates Obama wore a flag pin and McCain didn't. That's because McCain is a one man communist sleeper cell. Ever seen Manchurian candidate? Scarey stuff. LOL.

By the way, that photo of Obama without his hand over his heart is real. Big deal. He just didn't do it that time. There's also many examples where he did during the national anthem.

Tim, If you're talking aboout the top photo, it is not real. I saw where it was disected and point by point showed how it it photoshopped from the position of the people to the way the flag is. It is a very convincing picture but it is still faked.
If need be I will try to find the link to it.

The photo with Obama, Richardson and Clinton? It's real, because there's videos of the national anthem. Big deal though. These are the issues people who want to start a third party are interested in?

Obama IS American and always has and always will be.
All this speculation about "taking the flag off his plane", yes he did take off the flag that was already there BUT replaced it with one that was....get this....bigger!
If need be I can prove with pictures that infact ARE NOT photo shop pics.
Obama is going to make a GREAT president of the USA!
I cannot wait until he is elected!
