Man, I love Taco Bell.

Just watched Demolition Man for the first time... talk about a utopian society: Taco Bells everywhere.

It completely rocks.FACE

A real utopian society would have Dunkin Donuts (coffee) on
    every corner.

    Taco Hell?

No no, Taco Hell is when you eat too many $0.33 tacos from Del Taco!

(and yes, I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. But I usually buy the whole beans...)

What do you expect! That was AFTER they "went through the franchise wars". ALL restaurants were called taco bell. I guess that was before YUM! YUM now owns tacbell, pizzahut, kfc, A&W, long john silvers, and wingstreet!

Didn't Pepsico own them at one time? When did YUM! buy them? I visited their site but it didn't say.

      YEP!

Pepsico probably realized it was better to split, and created another corp, like philup morris did with kraft. I DON'T think that pepsico owned A&W, long john silvers, and wingstreet though.

Yum! was created on October 7, 1997, as Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc. an independent company, as a result of a spin-off from PepsiCo, which owned and franchised the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell brands worldwide.

Oh don't start me off--I am an American in the UK and haven't had the pleasure of my soft tacos and cinnamon twists for a few years!! I know it's not real meat--or at least not 100% but it's so tasty!!
