New Grandbaby!

OFF TOPIC

My daughter gave birth this morning to our 5th grandbabby this morning at 8:50!

Virtual cigars all around.
And, have a shot of your favorite whiskey on me:p (Although I very rarely drink liquor anymore, I may have a shot o' Turkey.)

A little girl. The 2nd granddaughter.

Her name... Scarlett Lilly. Our daughter's always been a little "off-center" but I like it.

Except...
shouldn't it have been Scarlett Rose?

A new one comes in and on August 11th the oldest leaves for Ohio Dominican.

Sweet and sour.

I am sure she will be impressed with the Cool Ghoul. Every kid should have a pal like that.

Yes I agree Scarlett Rose does sound better however I like the concept of a red lily since you hardly ever see one.

... glad your girl is 'off-center' - nice way of putting it - LOL

Yeah, April is definitely 'off-center'.
She's always been her own person.
When she was younger it made her a little difficult. But, now, dealing with her as an adult, I can certainly appreciate it.
Being a child of the 60's I grew up in an atmosphere of non-conformist.

'Average' is definitely not April!

She is a real cutie!
Born with a headful of black hair.

Got pics, but they're on my wife's ("Mamaw") pc. I'll get them up ASAP.

She's one of the few newborns I've seen that doesn't look like Winston Churchill.

  Still trying to get the photo thing straightened out between my wife and daughter!
  For some reason they just can't get them to me. long, stupid story.
  
  Anyway, in the meantime, this is a video of my 10 year old granddaughter singing The Star Spangled Banner in church this morning.
