Franklin County Fire Chief Dies - Need Video Memorial Help...

In Franklin County... we had one of our Dist #4 Fire Chief's Die due to rolling the vehicle over 100 feet on rough terrain a few weeks ago. We all pulled shifts to assist with that District. Now, I just released a Memorial Video today but on YouTube. What I need to try to do here is make it more visible when one searches for let's say... "Fire Chief Chet Bauermeister" on Google. Sure, it comes up #1 in Videos but I would like too have more page rank for normal web searches so that others can pay tribute, and of course sign his guestbook below the Video in that link.
Any help on this part would be much appreciated.
