Hey Guys,

At 15, I can't get a credit card. I'm tired of buying prepaids etc,
so I was wondering if anyone knows of a Voice-Over-IP Phone System,
like vonage, that will allow me to pay with PayPal via a Monthly Sub,
for my phone service.

Also, it would need to be available in Canada, because that's where
I'm located.
