Investigating 'International Model Agency, UK' - anyone heard of them?
Wasn't sure where to post this so opted for here as it is off-topic I think for Internet Marketing.
My daughter has been applying to various online model agencies here in the UK and has had a few favourable responses. One in particular is:
International Model Agency - IMA
They give a free photo shoot (which is normally an expensive thing) BUT they do ask for an upfront £80 "marketing" fee - which raises my alarm bells.
I have done a "whois" on the domain but that has not turned up much useful information, so..
1) Does anyone know anything about this company?
2) Can anyone suggest another way I can do a little investigation? (apart from google search, etc which I am about to do).
