Did Sarah really deserve this?

    Woosh - scared me!

Those two deserve each other - I think Sarah may have deserved it because as usual she couldn't just answer the question.

Terry Tate got the pressure off her that is for sure!

      Absolutely nuts.

The "attacks" on Palin got sharper - know why?

Because some of these bozos waited to see if the women's groups would support her - if they did, you'd see politically correct attitudes and some reasonable questions.

To my disgust, it seems women's groups (by this I mean the ones we often hear of that promote women's issues) only support liberal women. Once they did not support Palin - she was seen as fair game.

I always have to clarify that I don't support many of Palin's views - but I think the media and some of the public are misjudging her. She's much more talented and smart than she's been given credit for. As a woman, I've been offended at some of the comments made about her and about some of the ridiculous questions asked of her. It was reported last week that of 167 news blurbs on one of the networks about Palin - only 2 were from a positive point of view. Yet most of them were conjecture and innuendo and rumor - and had nothing to do with campaign issues.

"What magazines have you read"? How dumb is that? What does it prove or clarify? Are they saying she's not smart enough to read or that she would only know what she read in a magazine? Why would a reporter waste time on such stupidity - and they have done just that in reality.
Have you heard such a shallow question asked of McCain, Obama or Biden?

As for the clip - that's way over the line to me and equal to the "lynching" of Palin by a couple "hanging" her in effigy on their house. That wasn't a crime - but when the same thing was done and involved Obama a couple months ago it was a "hate crime".

What amazes me is that she's so often put down as "only the governor of Alaska" - Clinton was the governor of Arkansas, Bush the governor of Texas. I think a governor of ANY state probably knows more about what I want as a citizen than someone sitting in the Senate in D.C.

When you consider that Congress has the best health plan in the country - that 4 years in Congress can qualify you for a retirement pension, - I see Palin's life experiences as more similar to my own than any of the other three running (and I'm not even a conservative).

        Kay,

I think the attacks on Palin are way out of line and crass at best.

Imagine if the media treated Obama and Biden with the same bias...

Luckily about half of US voters see through the BS.

ps - That doctored video falls under the "ignorant" category.

... OR ... it's just something unexpected and funny to see... especially if you've been following all the Terry Tate videos with the same tackling theme. But what do I know... maybe the video is a 'hate crime'.

I didn't find it particularly funny, but I am able to recognize it for what it was,an attempt at humour.

24 hours from now we can all join hands and sing
"Thank God And Greyhound She's gone". Sarah will
join the ranks of Spiro Agnew, Dan Quayle, Bob Dole
and a host of other stellar candidates that have gone
on to a career of oblivian.

Sal, she asked Sarah something about wheather she
knew how to read and as usual the Govette was stuck
    for an answer.
