Why, thank you FedEx. You stupid people!

I ordered John Carlton's copyrighting course. Paid a fair bit of money for it. FedEx happened to deliver the package to the wrong address.

Here's the strange thing though. It says it got delivered to my address and a receptionist signed for it. There is no receptionist in my apartment complex or any of the other apartments around here. It was signed for by another person.

Having the hassle of calling up FedEx now to resolve this. Something tells me I won't get this till tomorrow.

I was so looking forward to unboxing it, and getting started today

I am never in my life using FedEx for anything.

After a whole day I have been onto their customer service, wasted a lot of money on phonecalls to later find out they have dropped it at a near by university and had mistaken the address.

The customer service agent said she would call me within the hour, and I got no response. I am now in the dark about what's going on with the package.

I'm so angry right now. How a worldwide company can make a mistake and then treat me like a £750 parcel means nothing to them.

I went to school halfway across the country for undergrad, right? So, every break I'm shipping stuff back and forth from Iowa to Pennsylvania. I had a load of books, a bunch of correspondence, and some just plain awesome stuff that means nothing to anyone but myself in one box. I shipped FedEx, right, and a month later, all that came back to me was the top of the box with the address on it. It was all lost, probably fell off the back of the truck.

You're probably going to laugh, but I've had great luck with the USPS priority mail one rate box-100% success rate. And its a heckuva lot cheaper than FeDex or UPS

When I sold collectibles and depression glass on eBay, all I would use was Priority Mail.
Never lost a package, never broke an item.

USPS has been great for me Only lost 3 packages out of hundreds (maybe thousands sent) and all lost ones were paid by their insurance in full, even though I didn't buy insurance, just got delivery confirmation on each

I called the women dealing with my package today and she said the driver dropped it off at the wrong address because of a printing error. She told me to call her back in an hour and she will arrange a collection and delivery.

4 hours later and I've heard nothing. Her phone is off. She also claimed the depot left a voicemail, which is a lie.

I cannot believe I am going through this hassle. It's a blatent joke!

Maybe she used the bad address to get a bad phone number, and left the voicemail with THEM!

She asked for my number when I first called, and I had her repeat it so I knew it was correct.

One time some idiot "mailed some stuff to me"! Not much, I mean like now it might only be worth about $9000USD! Anyway, she mailed it to the WRONG address! So I corrected her, and had her correct it elsewhere, and they AGAIN mailed it to the WRONG address! I did that a couple more times.

On the fourth time, they said they had computer problems, and the records were in like 7 different places. I told them to change them ALL!

I once forced them to spend about $1000 due to their OWN negligence. IMAGINE if they failed to send me that document, I wanted to sell it, and the company collapsed. It could have cost them THOUSANDS more! Anyway, they eventually acheived notoriety of having the MOST fines levied against them of ANY broker in the US!

So don't think they have your number, EVEN if you gave it to them several times!
