The time has come for me to upgrade my phone to a new Iphone, Android, or Blackberry.

What service has the best coverage? Where can I get the cheapest unlimited text, web, and calling?

I will be using the phone primarily in Atlanta Georgia and San Fransisco/Palo Alto area.

AT&T/CINGULAR have lied to me, so FORGET IT! VERIZON is HIGH PRICED! Supposedly, Sprint is almost as good as verizon, and CHEAPER! I have done a lot of research on the major providers, and sprint sounds like it is best overall.

BTW Short term, that means NO iphone! Android sounds nice. The blackberry to computer and to email system is poorly designed! The computer problem means that there isn't the nice syncing, etc... that palm had. The email works ok ****IF**** you get THEIR server. THAT is an extra and should be unnecessary cost. But blackberry DOES have a HUGE share of the market. Supposedly the best phone now, based on some reviews I read, is the HTC EVO4.

I love my Verizon service personally. I may pay a little more, but it is very reliable and the CS is outstanding. I have the new Droid X and absolutely love it. Phones, however, are like movies and everyone has a different opinion.

    Good luck with the quest!

FDI has nationwide coverage for $79.95 per month for unlimited calling, text and web. Our sim cards work on any GMS smart phone including iPhone, Blackberry, Android, etc. You can also tether our phones to your laptop for unlimited internet where wifi is unavailable.

I am happy with ATT and am happier with them compared to verizon.

I am okay with Verizon.. A bit more pricey but their customer service people really do take care of your problems.
