I was just thinking of unique forms of torture, tailor made for the victim.

--If victim is very pedantic about proper grammar and spelling, subject them to reading pages of poorly written material full of typos. Also play recordings of people speaking in grammatically incorrect ways.
--If the individual is perfect pitch in music, play lots of slightly out of tune songs for them. They hate that.
--If the person is knowledgeable about any given topic, play a movie that misrepresents that topic. Movies always get it wrong 99% of the time, and will drive just about anyone who knows any better nuts.
