It's mind boggling to think that this sort of thing still happens in the world in this day and age.

  • I agree with you. It's amazing what people do in the name of religion.
  • That's why ALL religions should be banned... Because there are always extremists, in EVERY religion.

      You get rid of religion. You will have ideology. You will still have differences in the way you see the world from one person to the other. There will be "right ways" and "wrong ways" of doing things to someone somewhere.

      The end of this logic leaves you with one approved way to look at life and all those who don't agree will be punished in some way. That sound a bit repressive and anti-liberal to me.

      I go for freedom and say let's be harsh on the individuals who use their religion (or ANY REASON) to kill or hurt.

    I remember hearing about a girl who was dying and her parents refused to do a blood transplant, which would save her life, because it was against their religion.
  • And this is why I love God but not his fans. This is depressing...
