after u download, you should unzip it, there are 26 tracks. you can burn them into a CD and play it to your infants or toddlers or teenagers. they will all love it. cause it is very baby-friendly and kids-friendly. 5 cute animals are teaching the language in an interesting story setting.

      The audio is not very clear. The content is sparse.

      I just don't see this being effective at all.

        I was just thinking that: Chinese is a fun language to teach to kids because it is very musical and the sounds are short.
        The same words pronounced with a different "music" has a different meaning. Charming!
        I am teaching a few Chinese words to mine, and I think that they find it easier than Italian...

        thanks for your interest.
        but the quality is what we are proud of. the sound quality is very good, everything is very clear. we edited hundreds of times before the final.

        and the content, please be aware, this CD is for babies and kids, not for adults. they only have 15 minutes' attention and they love music and things that can keep them interested.
        so the seminar is more kind of entertaining way of teaching. just get them exposed to the language more.

        remember, even the most famous rossetta stone has many negative reviews. so please be aware that language seminar reviews is a matter of opinion. cause ppl have different expectation before they start to use it. it is widely known that it takes a lot of time and efforts to learn a language well, so please do not expect a single CD can be effective to make even YOU fluent, not to mention a kid.

        i believe our CD is useful to a big number of parents and children, and that is why it is selling good on amazon.

    thanks for your continuous interest. i checked again for the sound quality, i still didnt find where is unclear. can u point out which part is unclear? we did in a studio and we did a lot of editing after recording. if it is home-made quality, amazon wouldnt accept.

    and we admit that the content is sparse, because we tried to make sure babies and kids dont feel pressure of learning, we wanted them to have fun and pick up some language from the fun. i think both of you and the teacher was viewing from your point, did you and she really play it to a baby or toddler or a kid to listen? how can u know if they like it or not without letting them to listen?

    we already knew at least two babies like it very much. one is infant who always calms down; one is toddler, who always imitates the animals and dances with the songs. the problem is we should have named it babies' fun learning Chinese language, we admit that.

      I just downloaded it and listened to the first 3 files.
      I didn't have any problem with the sound quality, in fact I thought it was very well done.
