to tell people, it's not rocket science.

1. Find a market with a huge problem that has money to spend.
2. Provide a solution to the problem that's better than others out there.
3. Get it in front of them.

Why people complicate this stuff is beyond me. If I helped in any way,
I'm glad...but YOU are the one who gets all the credit because YOU did
it.

You know lots of people just don't have the stick tuitiveness and perseverance you have. I admire that, and learn from folks like you.

I've been thinking a lot lately about CRITICAL MASS, and ESCAPE VELOCITY.

Meaning, lots of people just stop before they get enough heat to their goal. You have to reach a crystallization point.

Crystallization takes sufficent heat, sufficient time and PRESSURE.
Remember, diamonds crystalize in a moment. But think of all of the effort it takes to make them.

OMG yes.....Without a funnel you have a dead business.

One of my funnel I lose on the front end. Do I care??? Nope....Because I know i make it back on the back end.

To many people just have a sales page and drive traffic and sit at their monitor with their head in their hands waiting for the "you made a sale" email to come through.

I have automated everything with multiple funnels. Sales funnels are so so important. And without a list I would not be able to put bread on the friggen table. My bigger list is what makes 80% of my income. So I say, do not listen to people in here saying ...."U idiot you do not need a list" I say be gone with that.

Build a list, and they will come. The power of email marketing is not dead if you do it right, build your trust, and give them things to help them. Lists are powerful. I never thought it...but that was back when i was making $400 - $500 a month.

Any bigger tip I would give is to build your list......YESTERDAY!!!

I am lucky to have good people around me. I tossed the rest.....never spoke to em again. The most fun, crazy and intellignet people in the world are marketers...fancy that. Some are in here in the forum.

In this game you know who your true friends are and loved ones if they believe in you and support you 100%. I am blessed to have a wife that was there through both thick and thin.

I get about 200 - 400 people a day on my lists. I have tried many techniques but these seem to be the best way to bring real subscribers...i mean real as they are the most likely and highly qualified to buy stuff from us somewhere down the track.

Build your list, your funnels, and sell more to people that keep buying. That is a no brainer. I once heard dan kennedy say.... why do you need new customers when the people who love you and respect you find it hard to NOT buy from you. We make lots of sales from repeat customers...and on our list. Treat them like gold, and give them discounts and offers and treats, surprises for their birthday, and u will have a fan for life.

I am sure it will. Give them proof and results in advance. Who wants to buy a product with some dimwit saying it will do this, and it will do that.....they want proof!

Called results in advance....create in their mind the answers to all their questions. Give them results...and prove to them why your product is good, and give real results. People want to know before they get the credit card out if they are doing the right thing. They want validation....results.....results .....results...... so just give it to them.

You do these things that create desire and guess what? yes somewhere along the line they subscribe or heck, even buy your thingamijig you have got for them. But along the way you are building trust, credibility and loyalty so that you can add big bucks down the line after they have bought their first 1 or 2 things.

I think it is important here to mention you have to positions yourself better than everyone else they can choose from. Plus they want results.....things that will increase the decision to buy or trust you. If you give prospects results in advance, and validation you wont be able to stop the sales coming in! Give that to them and trust me you will be set for life.

Not if you are in several Niches buddy.

Time and time again I tell my students to stop picking niches they think will sell.

Pick niches that have hungry people with lots of money to spend.

Seriously half the battle is picking your niches. That is why people give up. You must find what people want, find out what specifics they are after and then sell it to them. Not the other way round. If you are going to sell to a niche because you like it as a hobby, doesnt mean it will be popular.

I even hire out researchers to make sure I get the niche right. I have bombed out big before, but you know u just dont have to quit, move on and try another niche....even a niche within a niche. I look on amazon, and ebay for ideas of what is hot. When the secret came out, we added a whole LOA element to our backend....and sales were doubling from the get go.

I am constantly listening to the radio and news, and looking for popular trends, ideas, niches. Your niche and markets are each going to differ, and may go through seasonal change. If you dont choose the right niche from the get go, you are dooming yourself. That is the importance of making sure you do your research and pick a good market because they desperate and will pay money for a good product.

oh an stuff the economy. A good marketing friend of mine in Australia is seeing more sales, from 2008 in the economic downturn. People get more desperate and you have more selective niches to pick from.

Many people come in here and say the are quitting marketing as no one has money. That is pure BS. people do have money and are more selective on what they will spend it on.

Think like your prospects, write sales pages to their thinking, what are they thinking, why are they thinking like that? Because financial situtions are changing and people are losing their jobs and houses what info are they after? where are they looking for this?

We have been making more money since the stockmarket crashed in 08. Because we cater to these niches and get our message out to them in their time of need.

Some of the biggest well know entrepreneurs, made fortune in the great depression. not because they had money. They saw supply and demand.

Example : cigarette and alcohol sales went through the roof. why? people were depressed and smoked more and drank themselves into a stupification (if that is a word) yes there are moral and ethical questions around this, but I am just using this as an example to get you going.

It is all about supply and demand. And yes the US and world is about to enter a depression, and there are big political changes coming especially in the US. A new currency is going to be bought in the US. Trust me these things will happen they will come to pass, even if you dont think they will as you read this. I have 20 years experience in the financial world, and we are just going through a cyclical transformation. When the green / alternative energy boom comes....look out. Dont be negative, use it to your advantage just like the entrepreneurs of old back 80 years or so did. U just have so many opportunities...staring you in the face!

Use things, situations and economic situations to your advantage. Dont let them get you down, or think things are too hard, or people have no money. That is not the truth, really and many of us know it.

Mortgage refinancing, avoiding foreclosure and mortgage reduction programs would be great (a lot of spammers popped up after Obama announced the mortgage reduction program). I bet you these spammers made a ton of money by rehashing and selling people the free government information for a fee (everything they need to know is readily available and free, but they don't know where to look and government sites aren't exactly user friendly)

Also I noticed some big shot blogger (not even an internet marketer!) selling his $2000 coaching program teaching people how to make an extra $1000/mo by marketing their existing skills on freelancer sites, craigslist and whatnot. Vices always sell in recessions and depressions. People smoke out of stress and drink to forget. Nowadays in this age of technology, entertainment is another big one. Movie and video game sales went off the charts when the big recession and mortgage crisis hit the USA. This recession created more video game addicts than ever! People sit at home and watch dvd's and play video games to escape the reality.

When the green / alternative energy boom comes....look out. Dont be negative, use it to your advantage just like the entrepreneurs of old back 80 years or so did.

The boom is already coming... They started building 'green' data centers in Iceland. They are marketing prototypes for green houses in Europe. A whole bunch of green energy startups sprung out recently. It's already there! Just not widespread yet.

Even if people have no money, they will spend money on their vices. there are plenty of families on welfare who have xboxes and ps3's. They are on food stamps but they come up with the money when it comes to their vices like video games!

Been trying and trying....for months...literally. After months and months of trying....we kept cracking the 8k and 9k a month and was so frustrating. But I can now say we have officially gone to do our first month of over 10 K. OMG... I am excited, my staff are excited and as I write this, just got back from giving the wife a big hug and we both teared up. We have both been through alot lately, and feels sooooo good.

But most of all, everything and the people on here are fantastic. So I want to take time to put a shout out to all members of the warrior forum. Especially the select few that have helped me out and helped me take my business to the next level.

The real secret is do not get stuck selling $47 and $97 ebooks, think bigger, dream bigger and know what you are worth. Add monthly memberships, big packages, coaching smaller private secret seminars with massive value. Once I did this I started killing it. I was just too nervous and not enough confidence. How stupid....wish i just took the plunge alot earlier.
