WTF is up with the Google ads on top of my browser?!

I noticed since yesterday evening I have had google ads on top of every page I go to in FireFox, Chrome, and IE...what gives? Anyone else have this happen?

Sounds a lot like you have some kind of adware installed. Run software like AdAware from LavaSoft to check for nefarious installations of ad-serving software. Since you are seeing them in all browsers, my guess is this is what has happened.
