This is so awful, this poor little dog. People that do this to animals should be locked in a cell and starved to death themselves.

    Me too I can't watch it - but I can imagine.

    I wouldn't repeat here what I would do to people that are cruel to animals. I would be banned, but suffice it to say, it would be 10x worse than whatever they did to a poor helpless little animal.

    I can't sign the petition as I don't live in the UK.
