Ok, here's another gem from wimp.com that all the musically astute folks here will get a kick out of. You have to hit the replay button right when it ends just like it says to do.

I don't know, but at around 8K Hz I will start to lose it, and by 10K (half the normal human hearing range) I will no longer hear a thing...

...eventually it will drive my dog crazy... and at some point go beyond the capabilities of my computer and speaker.

Dang it Bill. I've been sitting here at a musical keyboard playing along. It does go up, and up, and up... then suddenly I am playing an octave higher than it is and don't know how I got there.

They are playing a 2 note chord, but it seems to be octaves.

At first I thought they might be starting with the low note being a (perfect) 4th below plus an octave lower than the high note. Then I suspected they might invert that at the end to create the illusion, but no... that is not happening.

Come on other musicians, can you figure it out?

My guess is it's just octaves going up in half steps and each time it starts a major 3rd higher (or maybe a perfect 4th) but there is something a little "funky" sounding going on that I can't figure out

It's too late at night and too early in the morning .....I give up!
