Suggestion: Newb Forum
I'm certainly not the seasoned veteran that a lot of you here are but just from the time I have spent here at the WF I've seen a recurring theme: Newbs ask the same questions over and over again.
I wonder if it might be a good idea to have a "Newbs Start Here" forum or something similar, wherein there would be sticky topics sort of like the all-in-one topics but these would be tagged Newb Topics. These topics would cover the basics and every typical newb question that gets asked repeatedly.
Another idea would be to limit new users to only being able to post in that forum until they've reached 10 posts or something.
There are a lot of great people here who take the time to answer newcomers questions consistently and there is also a small contingent of folks that seem to get annoyed at even seeing the repetitious questions. This idea would serve both. The helpful warriors would have a one stop place to help people and the people who would rather not even see it can just ignore that forum altogether.
