Paypal site is Down?

i have been trying to log in to paypal and run reports and its not avaible,also when i tried paying for ebay item in diffrent browser,this has been so for 30 min now

    Yeah, its down. I've been trying as well. It is so irritating. Why don't we have a strong paypal alternative? What the hell
