Working as a Team- What do you think?
As a part of a team, I think it is important that we all take part in promoting a site. I am use to promoting my own link and not really getting anywhere. The team concept I think will work for everyone involved.
I do know that there are people who aren't going to do jack and expect to get referrals, and in a sense that isn't fair. But I do believe a team works much better together than just 1 single person. If you know this acronym T.E.A.M then you know what it means, if not then look below
T- TOGETHER
E- EVERYONE
A- ACHIEVES
M- MORE
This is so true when we all work towards one goal then the whole collective benefits. When you work on your own you are the one who benefits. For some this is what they want but for most the team aspect works best.
