Please bear with me as i ask this question on the above.

I am looking at one job but it says must have facilities to make large numbers of calls on a daily basis. Also taking inbound calls from the public and redirecting them to the appropriate business.

Would i assume this sort of work would be for a business and not a individual? This is the sort of job that is up my street, but i cannot work out how to do the phone side?

    It appears they may be looking for a company that already has substantial in-house telemarketing capabilities. In other words, not someone working out of their kitchen.

    And if you "cannot work out how to do the phone side" I'm not sure how you figure "this is the sort of job that is up my street"...

      Hi Bill, thank you for your reply. Reason job was up my street was, it included talking to people, dealing with couriers etc ( customer service )

      As you said, they may be looking for a company that already has substantial in-house telemarketing capabilities.

      Still i was always told there is no such thing as a stupid question, its only stupid if you don't ask it.
