Best place to buy an established site?

I was just looking at Flippa. Does anyone have any experience with buying from that site or tips? I used to visit Sitepoint - is that now Flippa? I've been too busy to frequent those sites in the last year, so I'm a bit out of touch.

    A little off-topic while you wait for replies (I'm not qualified to give you one )...

    There is a thread in the main forum where a Warrior interviews the guy that started Sitepoint and Flippa as well as 99Designs. Since you are familiar with both those sites you may get a kick out of watching the interview. You'll notice I've commented on the thread I thought it was that good. Truthfully I found it facsinating, but that's just me.

    Hi Michele,

    I don't flip sites, but you can find WSO's for using flippa and also flipping
    websites. Can't vouch for the quality. That's paid, of course.

    I'd do a search for threads on both flippa and site flipping. You'll find a lot
    of info because people discuss it somewhat frequently.

    Suzanne Buccariel, her last name is impossible for me, but she flips sites
    and has a lot of experience. I think she's, sbuccariel, and I also think she
    sells an ebook about it.
