Your favorite rock band?

I hadn't ever heard of Junoon but just checked them out. Pretty cool!

I kind of like Gotan Project, but I don't have a favorite rock band. I'm not exposed to rock music much nowadays. I listen to whatever my wife listens to which is mostly Jazz or Classical. My wife used to be a pop singer, but hardly ever listens to pop!

The best things in Tim confiscated his guitar strings with the community and pick up the best lagga with As I Lay Dying. Although I have with these songs that only they, the blood turned into tears, the overflow of the innocent good spectacle. Into tears of blood, especially in a few weeks later I acquired a trance.

I don't know how anyone can pick ONE favorite band. To me there are so many good bands that I'd have a hard time picking my top 10, let alone just one.

Ah well, I probably couldn't pick out one favorite food either. Pizza is definitely in the top ten though -- pepperoni.

Yes, I have seen Alice live. Pretty good show, but Ted Nugent was the best concert I've ever seen. He was bent over kinda backwards playing early in the show and hyperventilated and passed out. Took about 15-20 minutes before he returned to the stage, then he played for over 2 hours.

I totally agree. I have at least 5 top favorite bands...the Stones, Van Halen before Sammy...Zepplelin, the Cars, REM, Lynyrd Skynyrd, NIN, Tom Petty, Santana, CCR oops well ok top 10 then and I could go on...! :p

Yes, I believe that's true.

If I remember correctly, Donald Fagen and Walter Becker (the only two permanent members of Steely Dan, for those who don't know) got one of their first big breaks as back up for Jay and the Americans. However, my guess is that this was not during the Americans heyday.

Oh, and Jeff "Skunk" Baxter (Steely Dan, Doobie Brothers) is a smart guy. He was even on an advisory board for the Strategic Defense Initiative for Clinton or Bush (can't remember which). Not sure if his official academic title would be "rocket scientist", but it has to be close.

My favorite back in the day was the Manic Street Peachers but in 1995 one of the members dissapeared and was never found and although the band continued with their music and had huge success, theyre new material was far more easy listening and main stream for me.

Their 1994 album "The Holy Bible" is my favorite album of all time

My favorite rock band of all time is going to come as a surprise to a lot of
people.

It's an up and coming bunch of fellows that go under the name "Jukebox
The Ghost".

I have both their CDs and have seen them play live opening for Barenaked
Ladies.

Here is their single from their new CD, "Everything Under The Sun" called
"Schizophrenia"

Used to be The Smashing Pumpkins, but since they're long dead a new King has claimed the throne. Marilyn Manson. Melodic, intellectually stimulating, and badass. I misjudged Marilyn Manson for the loooongest time, but after saying F it and just listening to his music instead of judging the book by it's cover, I have been completely blown away by his talent and how great his music is. Highly recommend it. It's not what you think, I promise.

Over the years I've had many favorites.

At the moment there are 2 bands I most listen to. They are Whitesnake ( amazing vocalist David Coverdale ) and Scorpions.

This year Incubus made a concert here in our country. Honestly, It's my first time to watch them live.

We were at the uppermost part of the stadium and I've met this really cool lady. She's around 40 or was it 45? She was a complete fan of Incubus for 22 years. To think that I was still in my mom's womb that time is simply phenomenal. 22 years for a band? Not bad.
