Is there anything I should know before flipping a site?

Is there anything I should do to protect myself, and/or information during the process of selling a website?

Aside from changing the username and password to the admin area of course.

Just want to make sure I'm not 'missing' anything security wise.

Also, is it best to sell a site via Escrow? I would assume so, but if anyone has experience in the matter - pros & cons - I'd be grateful for the info.

Any tips or advice for the process would be appreciated as well.

    Don't get me wrong - you CAN put it in here - you just aren't as likely to get really serious and good answers to that one in here. Sometimes someone will breeze through who has the right answer, but the main forum is where the serious marketing Q & A goes on.
