Post count errors?

Lately, I've noticed that my post count got reduced by 30-40 posts and then again by similar number... Not that it really matters that much, but I find it rather odd. Are they deleting some threads and by default reduce post number?

    • Here's another possibility.

      I've noticed threads being moved to the Off-Topic forum more often recently. Posts in that section don't add to your post count.

      If you were involved with threads that either got deleted or moved, or you had individual posts deleted (happens to all of us occasionally), your post count would go down.

      With the numbers you mentioned, it's probably some combination of all three...
