Hi all any one know how to run website offline

OFF TOPIC

Hi all, dose anyone know a link to be able to build me websites off line like wordpress and having it all working so i can then import it all to a online server.
Just want to build the whole site make sure i have the correct content, blog etc.

Hi Steve

Take a look at XAMPP (apache friends - xampp) which you can install on your PC, MAC etc and run just like a "normal" server.

You can play around until you find the exact set-up you need and then upload to get your site(s) online.

For anyone else wishing to do this i googled xamp and got this nice tutorial on how to set it up with wordpress Using XAMPP for Local WordPress Theme Development
Dead easy to do.
