I just want to know how much an average Internet marketer sleep in a day?

Ugh! Lately I've been sleeping about 4-5 hours which isn't enough to function properly for me.

I have also recently decided to give up fighting my love of working late at night. For some reason, I can get into a crazy productivity zone between the hours of 11pm and 4am. lol

Over the years, I have tried to "schedule myself" to what "normal work hours" are, and I'd follow it for a while, but always end up back on a late night track.

Now, I'm just at a point where I'm going to accept it and enjoy the quiet, peaceful midnight coffees and 10am alarm settings. lol

    4 to 6

Been that way for about 15 years.

About once per month I'll get a 7 hour sleep.

I used to worry about beauty sleep - but at my age I find it best to avoid comas.

I run on 6 to 7. Used to get a lot less, but, hey - I'm getting old and my body wants at least 6 hours now. I try to never set an alarm clock and find that I wake up on my own just fine with that much sleep - and I feel good and alert.

For years and years I have had chronic insomnia - I still get at least 6 but sometimes it doesn't happen until I lay there for 3 or 4 hours - I fall asleep and wake up in 15-30 minutes - for hours sometimes.

I recently read that people who do not sleep 8 hours are much more likely to die prematurely or from some ailment that they would probably live with if they slept.

I am against sleep aids because I don't like feeling doped.

HOWEVER I just discovered a remedy and that is Vanilla Sleepy Time Tea - it has Chamomile which I have always been told would help but I don't like the taste -

With the Vanilla it is not so bad and for the week I have been drinking it 'after work' I have been nodding right off and if I do wake up I can go right back to sleep - Even before it is light out! Yay! (and I am loving being able to get up early).

So get your sleep even if you have to force yourself.

    zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz is good!

Around 5-6 hours at night, with a half-hour power nap in the afternoon. I tend to catch up on my sleep during the weekends when I don't have to wake up early for my yoga classes.

    Between 5-8 hours, normally.

But if I've been out abusing my body with alcohol, I'll probably try to sleep the majority of the next day, as I'll feel too ill to do anything anyway.
