impulsehost.in gone bust?

Hey,

Anyone know what's going on with impulsehost.in? I registered with them as a reseller a month or so ago, and now it looks like they have been suspended? I can't access WHM, cPanel, but FTP works and email is working too?

If they have gone bust, can someone explain how I transfer my domains out to another hosting company? I do not have the transfer passwords either.

Am I screwed?

    What you describe sounds like a cpanel license problem, or server(SOFTWARE) issue. If it were a system, bandwidth, etc... issue, then email and ftp wouldn't work.

    BTW it is my understanding that cpanel is often a monthly license, and most ISPs certainly treat it that way. I could see a minor hiccup causing a cpanel or WHM issue. BTW WHM is on top of and works with cpanel, so it is likely one minor issue.

      Ok thanks.

      Their website id back up now, and I recieved a msg about my WHM prob. They said hold on we'll get back to you. Hope they sort this out tonight, if not i'll take my business elsewhere. 3 probs in less than a month not a great start.
